RMA Service & Procedures
Please read the following before requesting a return:
Our limited warranty does not cover any damage due to incorrect installation, accidents, abuse, misuse, natural disasters, insufficient or excessive power supply, abnormal mechanical or environmental conditions or any unauthorized disassembly, repair or modification. Our limited warranty also does not apply to products which the original identification information has been altered, obliterated or removed, incorrectly handled or packaged, sold second-hand or resold.
1. Request a Return
You will need to email us: rma[ at ]ultra-disk.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request form. Please fill in the RMA request form for information including the serial number of the product, and send us back the filled form. After your RMA request has been approved, you will receive an RMA number and further instructions. The issued RMA number is valid for 30 days. Please resubmit your RMA form if a reply is not received in three business days. A copy of proof of purchase is required upon request.
Approval of product return does not guarantee product exchange. Return approval is only to authorize a return of product to UltraDisk facility for inspection but it shall be for UltraDisk in its absolute discretion to decide whether to replace the defective items.
2. Write your RMA number on your return
Write your RMA number clearly on the outside of the package to be returned. All products must be returned in the original manufacturer packaging, and the package shall be properly packed and well protected for transit purpose.
3. Ship the product back to us
You must send the product back to us using a carrier of your own choice, while we strongly suggest you to use UPS, FedEx or DHL.
You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the returned product to us. You will not be reimbursed for any shipping costs incurred. We will not be responsible for items lost in transit to our returns processing center or any return that does not have a signed Proof of Delivery. It is your responsibility to retain a copy of the return’s tracking number in the event that the item is lost in transit.
4. Keep your tracking number
Please keep the shipping carrier’s Package Tracking Number as proof of your return.
